It is recommended to carefully review the Terms and our other Policies before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms or any of our Policies, please refrain from using the Website or accessing the Games.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as per applicable law, particularly the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

PLAYER PROFILE
When you install the Website, you will be prompted to register by creating a user account, referred to as the "Player Profile." You will need to link your Player Profile with your account on a third-party platform like Facebook. We will receive your full name, email address, photograph, and other publicly available information that you have authorized the third-party platform to share, for display purposes on the Website.
Furthermore, you will need to provide your mobile number and verify it through an OTP sent by us for authentication. It is also mandatory to update your location on your Player Profile.
Only 1 (one) Player Profile can be registered on the Website. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your Player Profile if we suspect that you have registered multiple Player Profiles concurrently or are in control of 2 (two) or more Player Profiles.
Moreover, we hold the right to reject your registration for any reason.
Player Profiles are private, confidential, and non-transferable, except as required by us for advertising and related purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials used to access the Website, and you must refrain from disclosing them to anyone. We are not liable or responsible for any unauthorized access to your Player Profile. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your Player Profile or any breaches of these Terms or the Website’s security that you become aware of.
Please note that we will consider any person logging in with your login credentials as you. Consequently, you will be accountable for any actions performed using your Player Profile.
PORTFOLIO
Upon the creation of a Player Profile, it will display 2 (two) sets of portfolios:
Remittance Portfolio: Reflects the value in Indian Rupees (INR) remitted by you for playing Games on the Website, including additional amounts received from signups, referral bonuses, and promotional offers.
Winnings Portfolio: Contains the amount of money won by you as Winnings in INR.
As per the Terms, any gems and packs purchased prior to March 2, 2020, will be converted into amounts reflected in your Remittance Portfolio, while any previously received free gems will be extinguished. For instance, if your gem balance was 10 (ten), consisting of 9 (nine) purchased gems and 1 (one) free gem, an amount of INR 9 (Indian Rupees Nine) will reflect in your Remittance Portfolio.
The balance in your Remittance Portfolio can only be used for playing Games on the Website. This value cannot be withdrawn to your Designated Account or transferred to your Winnings Portfolio, subject to the terms outlined in paragraph 11.5 below.
Your Remittance and Winnings Portfolios do not hold real money:
• The Remittance Portfolio reflects the amount remitted for playing Games and additional amounts received.
• The Winnings Portfolio reflects the amount offered to you upon making a claim, subject to the Terms.
PLAYING GAMES AND CONTESTS
After setting up your Remittance and Winnings Portfolios, you can participate in Games by entering one or more Contests. Each Contest involves a Game played in a specific Format.
We may offer Contests continuously or as one-off or periodic events. Please review the general rules and any specific Contest rules before participating.
We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any Contests or restrict your access to the Website at our discretion if the conduct of such Contest is prohibited or restricted in any jurisdiction.
You can participate in multiple Contests for the same Game under different Formats and gameplay rules.
When you enter a Contest and play the Game, we will match you with other Players. If an adequate number of Players is unavailable, you may be unable to participate.
Contests can be in point formats (Instant Contest) or cash formats (Cash Contest). To enter an Instant Contest, you must pay the specified Entry Fee from amounts in your Portfolios.
Your High Score for each Contest will be logged based on your best performance across Game Sessions.
Winning criteria and corresponding Winnings vary for each Contest and are declared after the Contest concludes.
CASH CONTEST
In a Cash Contest, you can view ongoing Games on various tables before selecting one, based on the specific Game rules and the Minimum and Maximum Players criteria. To participate in the Contest, you'll need to deposit a specified amount in your Remittance Portfolio, referred to as the Buy-in. This value can be deposited from either your Remittance Portfolio or Winnings Portfolio, with the latter usable only after exhausting the former.
The Buy-in value may vary within the specified range for the Contest, typically three to four times the maximum possible loss on a table in the Game. This value might be revised based on factors such as the Game's nature and format in the Contest.
Upon remitting the Minimum Buy-in, you'll receive an initial stack of chips or amounts expressed in Indian Rupees (Player Stack) for use in the Contest. Additional value can be added to your Player Stack (Top-Up) between rounds, subject to the Contest rules.
You're allowed to be in 'Away Mode' for a limited time, specified in the Contest rules. Failure to return within the stipulated time will automatically place you in Sit-Out mode.
Some Contests permit you to Sit-Out for a few rounds without losing any value from the Player Stack or position on the table. You can activate the Sit-Out mode through the Site’s options.
Switching tables within the same Contest is possible after the completion of a round, subject to rules regarding the maximum and minimum number of players at a table.
Exiting a Contest transfers the value of your Player Stack to your Winnings Portfolio. A small portion of the pot on a table is collected as a fee from the winner of the Contest (Rake), the amount of which varies depending on the nature of the game.
Each Contest specifies the rules for the minimum and maximum number of players allowed on a table. Presently, the Website offers Poker as a Cash Contest, with fixed big blind and small blind values throughout the game.
For other Games such as Rummy, Trivia, or Carrom in Cash Contests, the Player Stack is represented as points, and the objective is to reduce the value of the Player Stack to zero. The winner is the first player to reach zero, with winnings calculated based on the total points on the table multiplied by the loss of value in the Player Stack of all other Players, subject to deductions as per JeetoAbhi Policies.
PASSES
We're thrilled to have you on-board the Website! As a welcome gesture, we may provide you with passes ("Passes") for various Games or categories. Each Pass holds a specified notional value, allowing you to join a Contest with an Entry Fee of equal or lower value. Please note that Passes cannot be used for Cash-Based Formats or MTTs. The details of any Passes available to you will be visible in your Remittance Portfolio.
You can also earn Passes by referring the Website to third parties who register and create a Player Profile, meeting the specified minimum remittance requirements on the Website. To receive Passes through referrals, the referred Player must provide us with your phone number.
All Passes have a fixed validity period and will expire if not utilized before the expiration date.
When you use a Pass to enter a Contest and win, the value of the Pass will be deducted from your Winnings, based on the relevant winning criteria. In the case of a loss, the value of the Pass is charged to our account. Here's an illustrative breakdown of each Pass:
• Maximum value: This represents the highest value of a single pass to join a game. For instance, if your pass has a maximum value of 10, you can join contests with entry fees up to INR 10. You can use the pass for an INR 5 or INR 10 contest but not for an INR 15 or INR 20 contest.
• Pass fee: The pass fee is deducted from your Winnings when you use a pass to join a room. The pass grants you free access to a room, with JeetoAbhi covering the amount on your behalf. If you lose a game, there's no charge, but the pass fee (room joining charge) will be deducted from your Winnings. The pass fee may differ for each pass and will be indicated on the pass when exercised.
REFUND OF ENTRY FEE OR BUY-IN
If you find yourself unable to participate in a Contest after paying the Entry Fee or Buy-In due to: (a) the Contest being canceled by us; (b) the required number of Players being unavailable; or (c) our failure to match you with Players, the amount you paid as Entry Fee or Buy-In will be refunded to your Remittance Portfolio.
However, if you're unable to participate in a Contest due to: (a) your failure to play a Game during the running period of the Contest; (b) loss of internet or data connectivity; (c) the Website crashing on your Compatible Device; or (d) any other unspecified reason, you will forfeit the amount paid as Entry Fee and won't be entitled to any refund or compensation.
WINNINGS
Each Contest has distinct winning criteria and corresponding Winnings. The details of the winning criteria and the Winnings will be provided to you when you join the Contest. Winnings may include monetary prizes, as well as non-cash awards such as products, discount vouchers, or other intangible rewards.
The winning criteria and the Winnings are determined at our sole discretion. If you win a Contest based on the relevant winning criteria, you may win monetary or non-monetary Winnings. Only monetary Winnings will reflect in your Winnings Portfolio. Non-monetary Winnings can be claimed following the provided instructions in the Website. All Winnings will be credited to the Player subject to tax deduction at source in compliance with applicable law.
Instant Format: No-show in a Contest
If you have joined a Contest before it commenced and failed to play the Game during the active period of the Contest, your Entry Fee will be forfeited, and you won't be entitled to any refund or compensation. Similarly, if you participate in multiple simultaneous Contests and can't play the relevant Game for any of them, you'll forfeit the Entry Fee for those Contests. No Winnings will be awarded if you fail to play the relevant Game after joining a Contest.
PAYMENTS AND TRANSFER OF MONETARY WINNINGS
Payments
You can remit to your Remittance Portfolio using various options available on the Website, including wallets, debit/credit cards, Unified Payment Interface, net banking, and other payment options as made available on the Website from time to time. Your use of these payment gateways will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers.
The value reflected in your Remittance Portfolio, Winnings Portfolio, or the value of your Winnings from a Contest may be modified by us for any reason, including changes in tax rates or laws, or other relevant changes across the Website. The change in the reflected value will be effective after being notified on the Website.
Transfer of Monetary Winnings
You may withdraw your monetary Winnings from your Winnings Portfolio to your Designated Account, subject to certain conditions. Similarly, you can withdraw the amount from your Remittance Portfolio to your Designated Account, provided you meet specific requirements. You will be responsible for processing charges, taxes, and complying with applicable laws for any monetary Winnings earned by you.
KYC
To comply with applicable laws and our internal policies, you are required to complete KYC and provide proof of identity. You will only be able to withdraw your Winnings after completing your KYC. Failure to upload your KYC documents within the provided time frame will result in the automatic closure of your Player Profile.
COMMUNITY

The Website might allow you to join gaming communities and groups known as “Community Pages” on third-party social media platforms. Access to and use of these Community Pages are subject to the Terms and other policies of the respective third-party platforms.
YOUR INFORMATION
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date at all times. If your information changes during your use of the Website, you must update it promptly to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
• In the event of any discrepancy in the information submitted by you:
• You will not be allowed to participate in any of the Games.
• If you are entitled to any Winnings, you will not be eligible to receive them.
Moreover, if at any point, even after receiving your Winnings, any information provided by you is found to be incorrect, false, or misleading, you will be obligated to return all the amounts received from us.
By providing us with your information, you confirm that the contact number you provided is not part of any “do not call” registry or its equivalent anywhere in the world. You acknowledge that we may use this information to send you transactional, informational, and promotional communications from time to time.
You explicitly authorize us to monitor your online activities related to the Website, including logging your IP address to verify your geographical location. Additionally, you give us your consent to display all or part of your Player Profile, including your name, photograph (if provided), and total score, on the Website’s leadership board. You also grant us permission to use the details provided in your Player Profile or the entire profile for marketing, promotions, and related purposes across various marketing channels.
TERMINATION
Termination by you
You have the option to delete your Player Profile and uninstall the Website at any time, thereby discontinuing your participation in the Contests. However, any amount available in the Winnings Portfolio and associated Winnings will not be returned to you and will be transferred to Website’s account if:
You have not withdrawn all Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio within 30 (thirty) days of uninstalling the Website or closure of your Player Profile. Website will periodically send you communications through the contact details you provided, reminding you to withdraw your Winnings after uninstalling the Website or closure of your Player Profile.
• Your Player Profile does not adhere to the Terms outlined above.
• You have not completed your KYC as specified in section above.
We will not be held liable for any claims against us by you, your parents, or guardians in this regard.
Foreclosure due to inactivity
If your Player Profile remains inactive for more than 30 (thirty) days, we retain the right to terminate your Player Profile after deducting foreclosure charges, which may amount to Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) ("Foreclosure Charges") from your Winnings Portfolio.
If a player hasn't participated in any cash games within the first 6 months of signing up, their account will be foreclosed. Consequently, we will clear their wallets of any deposit or bonus money.
You are entitled to withdraw the balance Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio within 30 (thirty) days from the date of foreclosure of your Player Profile. Any remaining Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio, not withdrawn within this period, will be transferred to JeetoAbhi’s account as stated above.
• JeetoAbhi reserves the right to modify the Foreclosure Charges at any time without prior notice.
• Please note that unregistering on JeetoAbhi does not result in the termination of your Player Profile.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to (a) suspend your access to the Website and/or any of the Games; (b) terminate your Player Profile; (c) block any unused funds in the Player's Profile; and/or (d) return or forfeit any Winnings as the case may be, immediately, at any time:
• In the event of inactivity for a continuous period of 335 days;
• Without notice for any reason;
• If you have breached any of our Policies or have been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude or any offence under Indian laws;
• If you are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where playing such Games is prohibited, or if it comes to our notice that the conduct of any Games or the Website is prohibited in a particular jurisdiction;
• If we suspect you of engaging in unfair or irresponsible gaming.
You agree that the availability of the Website and/or any of the Games and your ability to access the Website and/or any of the Games is subject to our sole discretion. You acknowledge that the Website and/or any of the Games may not be available at all times.
If a player is involved in a fraudulent transaction during any of their deposits, their account will be blocked, and we will clear their wallets of any deposit or bonus money.
We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or cease any Contest, Game, or the entire Website at any time without notice or liability to you. In the event we are required to withdraw or cease any Contest, Game, or the entire Website to comply with any regulatory or statutory directions, we may, at our sole discretion, refund all amounts present in your Winnings Portfolio or Remittance Portfolio to your Designated Account, after deducting applicable charges and taxes.
SOME GAME-SPECIFIC TERMS
Regarding Trivia Games, we reserve the right to determine the questions and answers used in the Game at our sole discretion. We have the sole authority to decide the validity of any answer and do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any questions and/or answers. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect questions and/or answers or any discrepancies or errors in the same.
We also have the sole discretion to decide the points, weighting, and time provided to respond to each of the questions in any of the Games.

PORTFOLIO
Upon the creation of a Player Profile, it will display 2 (two) sets of portfolios:
Remittance Portfolio: Reflects the value in Indian Rupees (INR) remitted by you for playing Games on the Website, including additional amounts received from signups, referral bonuses, and promotional offers.
Winnings Portfolio: Contains the amount of money won by you as Winnings in INR.
As per the Terms, any gems and packs purchased prior to March 2, 2020, will be converted into amounts reflected in your Remittance Portfolio, while any previously received free gems will be extinguished. For instance, if your gem balance was 10 (ten), consisting of 9 (nine) purchased gems and 1 (one) free gem, an amount of INR 9 (Indian Rupees Nine) will reflect in your Remittance Portfolio.
The balance in your Remittance Portfolio can only be used for playing Games on the Website. This value cannot be withdrawn to your Designated Account or transferred to your Winnings Portfolio, subject to the terms outlined in paragraph 11.5 below.
Your Remittance and Winnings Portfolios do not hold real money:

CASH CONTEST

PASSES

REFUND OF ENTRY FEE OR BUY-IN
If you find yourself unable to participate in a Contest after paying the Entry Fee or Buy-In due to: (a) the Contest being canceled by us; (b) the required number of Players being unavailable; or (c) our failure to match you with Players, the amount you paid as Entry Fee or Buy-In will be refunded to your Remittance Portfolio.
However, if you're unable to participate in a Contest due to: (a) your failure to play a Game during the running period of the Contest; (b) loss of internet or data connectivity; (c) the Website crashing on your Compatible Device; or (d) any other unspecified reason, you will forfeit the amount paid as Entry Fee and won't be entitled to any refund or compensation.
WINNINGS
Each Contest has distinct winning criteria and corresponding Winnings. The details of the winning criteria and the Winnings will be provided to you when you join the Contest. Instant Format: No-show in a Contest

KYC

TERMINATION
Termination by you

You have not withdrawn all Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio within 30 (thirty) days of uninstalling the Website or closure of your Player Profile. Website will periodically send you communications through the contact details you provided, reminding you to withdraw your Winnings after uninstalling the Website or closure of your Player Profile.
• Your Player Profile does not adhere to the Terms outlined above.
• You have not completed your KYC as specified in section above.
We will not be held liable for any claims against us by you, your parents, or guardians in this regard.
Foreclosure due to inactivity
If your Player Profile remains inactive for more than 30 (thirty) days, we retain the right to terminate your Player Profile after deducting foreclosure charges, which may amount to Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) ("Foreclosure Charges") from your Winnings Portfolio.
If a player hasn't participated in any cash games within the first 6 months of signing up, their account will be foreclosed. Consequently, we will clear their wallets of any deposit or bonus money.
You are entitled to withdraw the balance Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio within 30 (thirty) days from the date of foreclosure of your Player Profile. Any remaining Winnings in your Winnings Portfolio, not withdrawn within this period, will be transferred to JeetoAbhi’s account as stated above.
• JeetoAbhi reserves the right to modify the Foreclosure Charges at any time without prior notice.
• Please note that unregistering on JeetoAbhi does not result in the termination of your Player Profile.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to (a) suspend your access to the Website and/or any of the Games; (b) terminate your Player Profile; (c) block any unused funds in the Player's Profile; and/or (d) return or forfeit any Winnings as the case may be, immediately, at any time:
• In the event of inactivity for a continuous period of 335 days;
• Without notice for any reason;
• If you have breached any of our Policies or have been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude or any offence under Indian laws;
• If you are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where playing such Games is prohibited, or if it comes to our notice that the conduct of any Games or the Website is prohibited in a particular jurisdiction;
